Next job on the ‘58 beetle is to fit the bonnet seal. The people who restored the car forgot to re-drill the holes in the top corners for the rubber seal to sit in so the bonnet has to come off for us to put these back in.

The passenger door, slider and tailgate also get the wax treatment on Dan and Natalies bus.

More rust at the back end!!

First Job, remove the original 30HP engine to sort out a few small bits missed by the previous people to work on this beautiful bug!!

New rubber pipes and replacement petrol tank arrived and fitted.

The lower front wheel arch on the near side needed a small repair to where the rust has eaten through
